1. Eligibility: Entrants must be 18 years of age or older and residents of the United Kingdom or Belgium with a valid address in their respective country.
2. Exclusions: Employees of the Promoter, its agents, and any individuals professionally associated with the promotion are ineligible to participate.
3. Compliance: Entrants must ensure that their participation complies with all applicable laws of the United Kingdom and Belgium.
4. No Purchase Necessary: Entry does not require any purchase, but a valid email address is necessary.
5. Valid Email: Winners must possess a valid email address at the time of entry.

b. Include content deemed offensive, obscene, sexual, derogatory, defamatory, violent, abusive, harassing, threatening, or objectionable concerning race, religion, origin, or gender. Such content could potentially damage the reputation of the Promoter or its brand partners or is otherwise unsuitable for publication.
c. Reference third-party brands, names, logos, or trademarks.
d. Advocate for any political agenda.
13. Public Disclosure: The winner’s name may be posted on the social media profiles of The Promotor after the winner has been selected.
14. Prize Non-Transferable: The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or substituted with another item. If for any reason any element of the prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another prize for it, of equal or greater value.
15. Promotion Modifications: If circumstances arise, including but not limited to tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the Promoter's control, which corrupt or impact the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions. Additionally, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion or invalidate any affected entries.
16. Entry Responsibility: The Promoter is not responsible for lost, incomplete, or delayed entries. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promotor does not guarantee continuous or secure access to the web entry page.
17. Liability Limitation: The Promoter, along with any affiliated agencies and companies, shall not be held accountable for any losses or claims (including, but not limited to, indirect, special, or consequential losses or loss of profits), expenses, or damages incurred or sustained (regardless of negligence) in relation to this Promotion or the acceptance or utilization of a Prize, except in cases where liability cannot be legally excluded.
18. Individual Entry: Entries must be submitted directly by the individual participating in the Promotion. It is not permissible to use another person's details or to enter on someone else's behalf. Entries from trade, consumer groups, or third parties in bulk will not be accepted. Incomplete, illegible, or entries submitted through macros or other automated means, as well as entries that do not fully comply with the Terms & Conditions, will be disqualified and will not be considered. If it is discovered that an entrant is attempting to bypass this condition by using computers, such as employing scripts, brute force, or altering their identity through IP address manipulation, or any other automated methods to increase their entries in a manner inconsistent with the Promotion's rules, those entries will be disqualified, and any awarded prizes will be void. Entrants are prohibited from using anonymous email services.
19. Force Majeure: The Promoter is not liable for circumstances beyond its control that prevent compliance with the Terms and Conditions.
20. Fraudulent Entry: The Promoter may refuse to award the prize in case of fraudulent or dishonest entry.
