Edinburgh Rose Garden

Inspired by the Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh and the city's rich horticultural heritage, the Edinburgh Rose Garden celebrates Scotland's natural beauty. This cocktail combines the English tradition of rose gardens with Scottish innovation, using the complex botanicals of Drunken Horse Gin as a base. The elderflower represents Scotland's wild flora, while the cucumber adds a refreshing element reminiscent of garden parties in Princes Street Gardens.
